Q 1. Does your commercial kitchen cleaning service interrupt my normal hours?
A. We clean at a time that suites YOU. We understand that your business needs to come first.
We will schedule your clean to take place at a time when it won’t interfere with your normal business operations. If that means we need to clean from 2am to 6am that’s no problem for our team of dedicated professionals.
We have established such a strong reputation and level of trust that most of our customers will let us lock up ourselves to save you the inconvenience of waiting around or coming back to lock up afterwards.
This is of course completely up to you, and we are comfortable to work with you in a way that makes you comfortable.
Q 2. Is it necessary to have insurance to cover restaurant cleaning services?
A. Yes. Don’t Risk using a Cleaning Company that isn’t Fully Insured?
If you hire a commercial cleaning company to clean your kitchen, floors, or exhaust and ducting systems, please check that they are suitably insured.
Hiring an uninsured contractor could have serious legal, financial, and business risks for your business. It isn’t worth it. Check that they have all of the necessary insurances (and ask to see their Certificates of Currency).

Q3. Do your commercial kitchen cleaning staff undergo special training?
A. Yes, we only use our fully trained commercial kitchen and exhaust cleaning staff
Every one of our team members undergoes an extensive training program to ensure that they are fully qualified to the high standards of our company.
New employees must complete a traineeship that includes several weeks of supervised work experience, under the guidance of several of our senior technicians. In order to gain their certification, they must be approved by all the senior technicians they undergo field training with. Otherwise, we let them go. After all, there are plenty of other restaurant cleaning businesses that will employ them.
